How can I return an order?
What steps do you need to follow?
1. 📝 Please fill out the return slip with the reason for returning an item you received in your package.
2. 📦 Pack the items in their original, unused condition. Good to know: You can use the same packaging in which you received your order.
3. 📃 Your package includes instructions for the return process, a return slip, and a return label for free shipping.

Austria : To create a free return label, please click here and you will be redirected to our partner DHL's website.
1. 💻 Fill out the form with your current Mammut order number, your details, and the reason for the return.
2. 🖨 Create your label, print it out, and stick it on your package.
4. 🏤 Drop off the package at the nearest DHL parcel shop.
All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.
We can only refund the purchase price for unworn products in their original packaging.
*Please note:
- The return label is only valid for your current Mammut return.
- If you paid with Klarna, please note Klarna's payment terms, as you may need to return the goods within a certain period.
- If the items were purchased from a retailer or a store (not directly from mammut.com), please return them to the same store or retailer or contact the store directly for further return information.
- If you need assistance, have issues creating a label or a return form, please contact our Customer Service.
What is our return policy?
You can return items at the regular price within 30 days of the delivery date. Reduced items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
To receive a refund, the items must be returned unworn (or only worn for trying on indoors), with the original tags, undamaged, clean, and in perfect condition, as well as in the original packaging.
Mammut reserves the right to refuse processing returns that do not meet these conditions.
Mammut covers the regular return shipping costs.
If you ordered in Germany, we have included a return label with your package.
If you ordered within Austria, click here to print your free return label.
We will process the refund for the returned items as soon as they arrive at our warehouse and are checked accordingly.
The refund will be made via the same payment method you used to pay for the order.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping myself?
We cover the return costs as long as the return labels included with each order or one of the return labels we provide is used.

When will I get my money back?
A refund of the purchase price will only be made for unworn (apart from a usual fitting) and original packaged goods.
Refunds are processed after we have received and checked the returned items.
Once the credit has been issued, you will receive an email. It may take a little while for the refund to appear in your account.
If the refund amount is incorrect, please contact our customer service via chat, phone, or email. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Credit/Debit Cards: The refund will be made to the credit card you used to pay for the order. This also applies to bank accounts and debit cards. Please ensure that the card and account used are active at the time of the refund.
If your card is blocked or expired at the time of the refund, the amount will be automatically transferred by your card issuer to the reference account you provided. You can get more information from your card issuer.
PayPal: The refund will be made to the PayPal account used for the payment. If your return occurs more than a month after the purchase, it may take longer for the amount to appear in your account.
Klarna (Invoice Payment): If you want to keep only part of your order and return the other items in time, you will, of course, only pay for what you keep. After the credit has been processed, you will receive updated payment information from Klarna. If you have already transferred the full amount, Klarna will refund the excess amount to the same account. Processing by Klarna can take between five and seven business days. Depending on the Klarna policy in effect at that time, it may also take fewer or more business days.
